Who these terms are for

These terms apply to nutrition, health and fitness professionals who use the ACR20 professional panel. They complement the general Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

Your profile

You must provide truthful information about your identity and profession. If you provide a registration number, you authorise us to check it against the public register of your professional body.

We may mark your profile as verified, remove the verification or suspend your profile if the information is not accurate. Your clients see your name, profession, city and whether your profile is verified.

Your clients' data

• You only access the data each client has chosen to share with you, from the date they chose.
• You will use that data only to provide your professional services to that client.
• You will not copy it in bulk, sell it, share it with third parties or use it for advertising.
• You will keep it confidential in line with your professional secrecy obligations.
• When a client stops sharing or you stop following them, access ends immediately. Any copy you keep outside ACR20, such as a printed report, is your responsibility under the data protection rules that apply to your practice.

Your clients see a log of every time you view their data or print a report.

Recommendations

The recommendations you send are visible to your client in the app. Write them as you would in your practice. ACR20 does not review them and is not responsible for their content.

Not a medical device

ACR20 is a nutrition tracking tool. Calorie and macro figures are AI estimates and may not be exact. ACR20 does not diagnose or treat; clinical decisions are yours.

Program for professionals

The professional panel is free. Free ACR20 Premium access for professionals depends on the number of linked clients and may change.

If we offer commissions, their amount and conditions will be communicated to you in writing before they apply, and they are paid against an invoice. We may modify or end the program with reasonable notice.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend access to the panel in case of misuse or breach of these terms. You can delete your account at any time; your clients' sharing then ends automatically.
